Fitness encapsulates a whole bunch of stuff. There’s emotional fitness, physical fitness, spiritual fitness – you name it. In today’s episode, Cody and Lenny chat about these different fitnesses (“fitni” for plural?), some things we can do to stay fit, and also how these all affect each other. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has even come out with a spiritual fitness manual to help us out, wherever we may be in our spiritual workout routine.
