Record keeping permeates all of the scriptures, not just because the scriptures themselves are a physical testimony of record keeping but because the Lord has commanded his prophets and people through all of scriptural history. Writing our thoughts down concerning what we’ve read or experienced can lead us to receive more and more revelation from the Lord as he trusts us more with that sacred knowledge. So get journaling, our good people.
